- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required

- Requests after this period will not be accepted
📸 Mandatory Proof
- Unboxing video is required for damaged/incorrect product claims
- Without proof, return may be rejected

💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- Product is damaged / defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Refund will be processed:
- To original payment method OR
- As store credit (wallet) (faster option)
- Refund time: 5–7 business days after approval
